There’s a good post over at Coding Horror on The Programmer’s Bill of Rights.
While I’m not thrilled with the title (sounds too demanding), I can certainly see the benefits of what’s being advocated. All a software is, is people. The better equipped they can be, the better off the organization.
I know this is how it shall be at Devshop. A developer with poor equipment is like a sports car with a rev limiter. It just ain’t right!
